A very sweet machine. The Trident is in facts 3 machines in one: a string synthesizer, a paraphonic brass synthesizer and a dual-oscillator programmable analog synthesizer with lush SSM2044 filters. The flanger section can brings you close to nausea, and the lack of LFOs - actually, there are two hidden LFOs - can be compensated with external connections. Connect another Korg product - MS20, SQ10 - to bring more life to the filters.
Purchased partially working, it now sings from its 8 voices. The filter on one voice needs a slight adjustement.
